4D Number Plate Letter Manufacturing
Our acrylic digits UK cars stock is produced from 3mm thick Genuine Perspex® a premium material that also carries its own 10-year manufacturer warranty when cut using the correct equipment. Because we invest in the right machinery from the outset, every set of acrylic digits we ship meets that standard.
For dealers looking to get started, we offer starter kits for all our digit ranges. Each kit contains 350 4D number plate letters plus a standard Oblong 520 x 110mm number plate jig. Because our Gel and acrylic digits share the same Charles Wright profile, our 520 x 110mm and Square number plate jig systems are fully compatible with both product types, so your investment in jigs is never wasted if you expand your range.
Dash Dynamics also produces a 5mm thick version of these acrylic digits UK cars stock. Active testing is currently underway to confirm that 5mm products remain clearly readable by ANPR cameras and comply with the latest DVLA number plate regulations. If the 5mm range does not pass compliance, we will withdraw it from standard stock and make it available as a special order only. We do not advise stacking digits to create a taller character — stacked digits are very likely to fail compliance tests.
One important distinction to note: our 5mm acrylic digits are supplied with sharp corners only and cannot be mixed with our round-cornered Gel range. Our standard 3mm stock is always round-cornered to match our Gel products, keeping your plate builds consistent.
4D Number Plate Suppliers
Dash Dynamics is a strictly B2B trade supplier. We do not supply loose digits for DIY use, and we do not supply complete plates to end users. If you are a DVLA-approved dealer and would like to assess the quality of our acrylic digits UK cars range before placing an order, we are pleased to offer free-of-charge samples on request.
We hold our number plate letters and digits in high volume, and the majority of orders placed before 10am are dispatched from stock the same day. All digits are UK-manufactured using precision equipment to ensure a clean, consistent finish. Like our Charles Wright Gel range, acrylic digits are supplied in packs of 10.
In most cases we can fulfil orders from a standing stock of around 10,000 digits. During periods of unusually high demand there may be a short delay, and we will always contact you proactively if your order is affected by depleted stock and provide a current lead time.
